All orders are shipped UPS Ground which delivers on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). 

Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.

Return Policy

Because your products were created especially for you, we can only accept limited returns.  Items with manufacturer damage or defects, items produced incorrectly, or items damaged in shipment must be returned for replacement within 14 business days. Damaged or incorrect products must be returned to Demario Design.  To return damaged or incorrect products call us at 609-645-7319 within 7 business days of receiving your order.  You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to be included with your return.  Any product returned without a RMA number will not be processed.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer...credit for shipping will be at the descretion of Demario Design.
